YOGA for Children in Scotland

Children in some of the most deprived areas of Glasgow are getting yoga lessons in a pilot project between the city council and two practitioners. Scottish Indian couple Sam and Sunita Poddar have delivered yoga in 15 schools and are now showing the moves to teachers.
