Yog - The Way to Good Health and Wellbeing
 |
Healthy Living Through Yog and Pranayam
A simple regime of seven breathing exercises, seven asans (physical postures) and seven light exercises is advocated by Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj as a formula for curing or managing most diseases and maintaining good health.
Swami Ramdev Ji, the world's leading yogmaster, established Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK) Trust in 2006, with the specific aim of promoting the ancient Indian science of yog and thus spreading its benefits as widely as possible in the UK.
Under Swami Ramdev Ji’s guidance, the thousands who attend his yog camps and the millions who watch his daily televised broadcasts all over the world have been cured of various diseases and ailments and have gone on to lead healthier and more purposeful lives.
